Parmesan and Spinach Orzo

*stuffing myself while writing this post*
I actually hate spinach, but with orzo pasta? Yes, please!

I adjusted the recipe to my needs and since I cannot always get orzo from just around the corner I just took the parmesan and spinach cream and I serve it with rice. It's as appetising plus it's a very quick and a light meal that can be served on it's own. I also like serving it with lemon marinaded chicken if I have more time.  


Spinach and Parmesan Cream:

olive oil

one diced onion

two minced cloves of garlic

one tablespoon of all-purpose flour

one cup of milk

two cups of chopped spinach

half a cup of grated parmesan

pepper and salt for taste
